• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable Canadian sales taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Square at the time of checkout.

• Currency conversion fees may apply if your card is not CAD-based, but we do not charge conversion fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship orders within Canada only.
• Orders are processed in 24–48 business hours and delivered in 1–3 business days.
• Orders over $600 CAD qualify for free shipping; otherwise, a $200 flat shipping fee applies.
• A signature is required upon delivery, and missed deliveries may require rescheduling.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all unused and unopened items in original condition.
• A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply to approved post-delivery returns.
• If you refuse delivery at the door, no restocking fee or shipping fee is charged — a full refund will be issued.
