At Hospital Bed Rental Inc., we want to ensure that every one of our customers has an exemplary experience with our high-quality medical equipment, whether rented or bought. Our approach to our return policy is to ensure that each and every one of our customers has a proper understanding of the role of returns in their decision-making process. We have implemented a number of policies surrounding returned and rented products to maintain our equipment at the best possible standards but, in general, no rentals can be returned after they have been delivered by the delivery team.

Rental Return policy after Delivery

Once our delivery team has left your home, no rented hospital beds or other equipment will be accepted for return to Hospital Bed Rental Inc. However, you will be given a window of time in order to inspect the medical equipment you have ordered. According to our return policy our delivery team will first set up the bed or equipment and verify that it is in working order. Then, you will be given the opportunity to use the equipment in its intended setting. During the time you are given for the inspection, you will be given the option to refuse the rented bed on the spot. We will then have our delivery team ake the beds back. However, at the end of your delivery window, no returns can be accommodated.

Purpose of Delivery Testing

Why this time for testing is so important should be self-evident: it is the only point at which you can guarantee that the bed is meeting your needs. You will never be better able to ensure that the bed you ordered is the one you wanted than when our team of professionals is setting you up with it.

After that, any items you rent will no longer be accepted back. We apply the same standards to our sold equipment. Take advantage of the delivery to make sure you are perfectly satisfied.

We are concerned about having the best standards for all the equipment that we offer. We opted to have this return policy in place to ensure that no equipment is returned after delivery as it could have been damaged, contaminated, or of poor quality in the first place. If a product is damaged or does not work during delivery, the delivery team will fix the problem and provide a replacement product if necessary.
Refunds are issued immediately if you refuse to accept a product at your residence, which we never encourage.

We may be able to make exceptions if a product does not meet the required specifications and you request a return before the delivery team leaves your property. This only applies in rare cases where the product does not work or meet national standards.
